If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund, you are required to return the goods to us within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. Please e-mail email@example.com with your order number, a list of items being returned & the reason for the return. Our returns department will reply with further details on how to return the goods to us, including our returns address.
All items being returned for refund must reach us in a re-saleable condition which includes -
- The item is in brand new condition.
- All tags and relevant packaging are intact.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a signed for delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Delivery & return postage charges are non-refundable unless you have received a faulty or incorrect item.
